Booking information, hotel in Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus

Our prices do not include the local tax. Included in the price are the Das Landerer included services, that will have you covered from top to bottom. We use dynamic pricing, which means that our prices are calculated in real time according to demand and season. Subject to price changes, errors and mistakes.

We have to charge local tax of € 3,70 per person (from 15 years) and night. This will be listed separately on your room bill.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Das Landerer in Ladis. Please inform us upon booking, that you will bring your pet. We charge € 20,00 per day / dog (without food).

• A fee of €10.00 per night applies for each required parking space.
• We have one parking area directly at the hotel and another about a 10-minute walk away.
• Your car will be parked and returned to the hotel on your departure day.
• Parking spaces are allocated by the reception.

• Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
• Your room and parking space will be available from 3:00 p.m.
• Subject to availability, an Early Check-In can be booked, allowing arrival from 8:00 a.m. This includes breakfast, parking, and early access to your room. The fee is €40.00 per person.
• Please note: without a booked Early Check-In, parking or use of services on the arrival day is not possible.
• If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please inform us in advance.

• Your room and parking space are available until 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
• Subject to availability, a Late Check-Out can be booked. This includes your room, parking, use of the indoor pool, and the spa until 5:00 p.m. The fee is €40.00 per person.
• Please note: without a booked Late Check-Out, parking or use of services on the departure day is not possible.

Your room bill can be paid in cash, with EC, VISA and MasterCard.

The following cancellation policy applies at our hotel in Fiss Ladis Serfaus:

Summer season:
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival
From 14 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee

Winter season:
up to 3 months before arrival = no cancellation fee
3 months to 30 days before arrival = 40 % of the total booking price
30 days to 7 days before arrival = 70 % of the total booking price
last week before arrival = 90 % of the total booking price

For late arrival or early check out, we charge the full price of the booked room category.

For cancellations made after paying, we charge a € 50,- processing fee.
