Our prices are exclusive the local tax and including all LANDERER services.
We have to charge a local tax in the amount of € 2,60 per person (from 15 years) and night. This will be shown separately when checking out.
We charge € 18,00 per day for dogs (without food, per dog).
The parking fee is € 10 per parking space/day.
Departure
On departure day your room is available until 10.00 a.m. On arrival day your room/appartement is available from 03.00 p.m.
Your room invoice can be paid in cash, EC, VISA and MasterCard.
Conditions
General Cancellation Policy:
- up to 3 months before arrival = no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 30 days before arrival = 40 %
- 30 days to 7 days before arrival = 70 %
- last week before arrival = 90 %
- For belated arrival or early check out we charge the full price of the booked room category.

You can make a cancellation free of charge at any time in 2021/22 under the following conditions:
- A free journey to or from Austria cannot be guaranteed, due to border closures.
- Lifts and cable cars and public amenities are closed by official directive.
